Terms of use
Plain version: this is a free tool run by one teacher. Check the file before you hand it to a student, do not upload anything with a student's name on it, and only upload material you have the right to use.
By using this site you agree to what follows. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Check the output before you use it
The converted file is a starting point, not a finished accommodation. Automated layout gets things wrong. Open every file, read it, and fix anything that is off before a student sees it. You are the educator making the accommodation decision, and this site does not make that decision for you or replace anything written in a student's IEP or 504 plan.
Do not upload student information
Upload the worksheet, not the student. Remove names, student ID numbers, dates of birth, and any other identifying detail before you upload. Do not upload IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, progress reports, or graded work with a name on it.
Documents you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to be processed. If a file contains personally identifiable student information, sending it here may violate FERPA and your district's own data policies. That is your responsibility to prevent, and this site has no way to check it for you.
Material you upload
You are responsible for having the right to use and adapt whatever you upload. You keep all rights to your own material. Uploading it here does not give this site any ownership of it, and nothing you upload is kept after conversion.
In the United States, making an accessible copy of a work for a student with a print disability is generally permitted under Section 121 of the Copyright Act and under fair use. That is the intended use of this site. It is not a license to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material generally, and this site cannot make that judgment for you.
No warranty
This site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. It may be unavailable, may lose your upload, may produce an incorrect or unusable file, and may stop existing without notice. It is a free tool with a hard daily cap, not a service you are entitled to.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brock Nelson is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost time, lost work, or any educational outcome. Because this site is free, total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to get around the daily cap or automate requests.
- Do not upload malware, or anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the site in a way that interferes with other people reaching it.
Access can be limited or cut off at any time, for any reason.
Who runs this
This site is a personal project of Brock Nelson. It is not a product of, affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Folsom Cordova Unified School District, San Francisco State University, or any other school, district, or agency. Nothing here is an official communication from any of them.
Who this is for
This site is intended for teachers and other adults preparing materials for students. It is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or special-education advice, and using it does not create any professional relationship. Accommodation decisions belong to the student's IEP or 504 team.
The site itself
The site, its text, and the underlying code are © 2026 Brock Nelson, all rights reserved. Some parts will be published under an open license later, and this page will say so when that happens. Your uploaded documents and the converted files you get back are yours.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
